S366 SXE stock injectors

What is the general consensus on this subject? Currently running a GTP38 Van/1.15 with an SXE turbine and stock 60mm compressor. I like how it spools but cant tow on the hottest tune Ive got with the stock injectors. It does just fine in a tow tune and wont break 1200 degrees. The issue I am having is that Ive got an S366 on the bench, boots and clamps, downpipe flange and clamp, T4 flange mount. All ive got to do to finish it is; valley mount plate, oil feed/drain up-pipes and some intercooler piping. Exhaust housing for the S366 can be either .91 or 1.00, I have both. The turbo has a billet compressor and SX3 turbine (74mm) currently, the plan is to rebuild it with an SXE turbine and 360* rebuild. Currently what is holding me up is I dont know how the S366 is going to spool and run with stock injectors. The turbo I am running now does get a little hot but I am not really worried about 1250* EGT and think better tuning might help A LITTLE. I dont tow SUPER heavy and am not too concerned with running a lesser tune to compensate. What I dont want is a turbo that is laggy, I am fine with a little lag down low but comes alive at speed. I spend a lot of time off road and down want a turbo that I am always under when going slow. Example: On dirt and step on it, take 3 seconds to get going and start spinning the tires. What I do like about the GTP38 with the SXE is it is very pleasurable off road and never have the feeling that I wish it spooled faster, even with the 1.15 housing. I know that I dont want to make it a GTP38 66mm. If it was an S364.5 I wouldnt be questioning it but being a 66mm it has me wondering. DIY build thread to follow if I go BW T4.

Thanks.

With the .91AR housing you should be okay. I went from the small exducer 364.5SXE with .91AR to a 366SXE with 1.0AR housing and there isn't a lot of difference in the bottom end. There is a little more lag, but it comes on strong quick. Granted, I have stage 2.5 (175/80) injectors, but with a .91AR, I think you'd be okay.

Varies with throttle and conditions but about 1,500 rpm. You may gain 100 rpm with the .91AR.
