Here we go with ACM issues again...

So here we go again with ACM Issues. I have a 2011 F150 with the premium sound, no nav... I have the dreaded clock blinking, constant CD changing blah blah blah. I do have access to ford software with IDS capability. Someone has already replaced the ACM with a supposedly good 1. Still doing the same thing even after performing programmable module installation. Also someone has already replaced the front controls. Check power and grounds, they are good on both connectors also the 4 pin connector on the controls. The weird thing is when I reprogram it it says complete, but when I try to communicate with the ACM, it says fail and no communication available. All fuses are fine. So, could I have recieved a bad ACM (USED)... is there a pin to pin test I can do for the ACM out of the truck? I have tried the PMI with all door jamb bulkheads disconnected as well... still no bruno. Could the body control module be messed up? I have the connector layout as well and all seems fine... one more thing, does anyone know what the high and low bus com voltage should be at the 16 pin connector for ACM? Sorry for the rant but I'm gonna jump off the tobin bridge soon if I dont fix this...

thanks in advance guys and gals
