Onboard Air

Hi, I have a 2013 Ford F-150 fx2 super crew, short bed 5.0 and I want to install a bigger air tank than what I have now currently in the front bumper. I was thinking to install it on the outside side of the frame under the cab. I don’t know what size tank as in dimensions. If anyone has installed one in the area I’m think about, please share, would be appreciated. Thank you.

"Smaller" and " Bigger" is relative

You say bigger . . . don't know what you have now? if you could say the size of your current tank in gallons and physical dimensions (length X diameter).

A pic of your current installation would be helpful even to those thinking of installing their own.

Currently I have a 3 gallon that will fit between the frame rails between radiator and bumper not blocking airflow, just gotta make brackets(winter project)
