I didn't see a year on the Dallas craigslist ad. So would the donor parts listed on that dallas ad accept an aftermarket front sway or is the same problem going to exist for those like the ones listed in the Kileen ad. Even though I'm further south I'd be tempted to run up to Dallas for those parts myself if Salty is going to pass on them.
I don't know if the setup in the photo is of the actual parts for sale or, if it's just a generic photo? What I do know about the setup in the photo is it's from a '73 model --as evidenced by the forged steel radius arms. The rotor dust shields are also different on '73 models compared to the ones on '74-'79 models.
I've been back and forth with that guy as well. He says he only has one left, it's the one in the picture, and it's from a 78. I asked him to send me another picture of the exact unit.
I called him out on the pic and now he's admitting its 7 years old. He's going to send me another pic this weekend he says when his son is in town with a camera... LOL

Craigslist SMH.
Let me know if he actually has another set up 74-79. Maybe you and I can get a discount if he's able to land one for each of us. I'd even be willing to do the pickup and save you a trip if we can work out a good enough deal.

We may be talking about different ads. The setup in the photo for the Texarkana Craigslist ad has forged steel radius arms, which indicates on that setup it's from a '73.
I have bought engines and transmissions from the gentleman in Texarkana. He is a straight shooter and just parts these out in his home garage to see a new home for these old parts. He does not have a yard. He does one and sells those parts then the next.
