Not sure if you can buy them or not.If your internet searches are coming up empty, the odds are low.You can just use brake line though Rick and make your own.Very easy.Just heat them up a bit and bend slowly and don't worry about making a big sweep if you have lots of room. Here's a snap of the brake line I used on my F450.

These are 3/8 lines because I updated them using the 4R100 bypass.
To just replace them, you'll need some 5/16 line. You'll be able to pick these up an your local parts store and get your truck back on the road for work tomorrow morning.
For a temp fix you can also slide on a snug fitting rubber line and or replace the bad section of line with some rubber hose and a couple clamps and that will keep you up and running for.......probably years lol but at least for a week or so until you get more time if needed to replace them properly with some new line.

Could he disconnect the ends of the line, blow out the tranny fluid, and use some silver or high-temp solder to patch the hole?

If there's a hole, then the whole thing is rusting out and thin everywhere.Brake line is cheap and only takes just a few mins to run a new line.It wouldn't be worthwhile to attempt a fix other than patching it with a rubber hose for a few days until he can get time to run to a parts store and toss a new line or two in there. In fact it's so easy,he may already have the lines replaced by now.It likely set me back 10 bucks and took me 20 mins or so to upgrade the ones on my f450.

Thanks for the helpful and quick replies @FORDF250HDXLT & @genscripter

I am going to order some brake line and fittings and do just as you said @FORDF250HDXLT. I cut out the section where the pin hole was and did the patch with rubber hose and hose clamps.
As you said, the lines are rusted and will likely break throught elsewhere so am going to replace. My son used it to plow snow and all the steel lines have rusted out over time.

I found and have used CuNiFer brake lines before to replace brake lines. Its alot easier to form. I have the brake line bending tool so am going to order some from this outfit as I have dealt with them before.

thanks again for the advice, much appreciated.
