I just re-installed the carrier assembly back into the front axle of my '94 F350 4x4 after popping it out to replace the inner axle seals. I am measuring .013" backlash. Of course, I forgot to measure it before popping it out. The axle is bone stock and hadn't been apart before.

Am I okay at .013"?

 

All you replaced was the seals? Throw er back together and run it.

 

A little high but l'd run it.
