Yeah, sorry about that. I was misled apparently into thinking I had a Crank Position Sensor when now I am being told I do not. Feel free to re-title the thread. I don't think I can.

I did discover that my tachometer doesn't register anything while cranking the engine though.

 

If you're within the 30 day edit window (you are) the thread author is able to edit the thread title. Just click "edit" then "Go Advanced" and edit away!

I did look and see that my E99 does show tach movement when cranking.
