Wooden overhead console (pics!)
So I came across an extended cab OBS F250 at the Pull-a-Part the other day, it's been there for a few months, and it had a neat overhead console. When I first saw it a few months ago, it was wicked hot, and the mosquitoes were awful... so I didn't really feel like trying to figure out how to remove it. Not to mention, I have a regular cab, so I don't have a use for it (other than reselling). Well it's cooler out now, and the truck has been there so long it will probably be scrapped any day now, so I gave it a shot. Turns out, it only took a few minutes to remove, so I am now the proud owner! I have a 12 volt power source in my office, so I tested out all the lights and the clock... all functional! The truck has "LANDMARK" on the tailgate trim (that someone destroyed trying to remove ) but all that comes up when I tried to research "LANDMARK" is van/truck conversions... this was 100% a truck. I am interested in any information about Landmark trucks, and this console specifically, like what trucks it would fit in. I would like to sell it, and I have no clue what it's worth, shipping is going to be kind of pricey!

Crazy timing! I went by the Pull-a-Part on my way home, and the truck has been scrapped! I was hoping to get some pictures of it, since I realized how little info I had for the first post.
I believe it was an '88 F250 extended cab, but I was hoping to grab the VIN this afternoon. Crazy that I pulled the console yesterday morning, after it being out there for months, and then it was scrapped the next day. Really makes you think.

That's what I thought when I first saw it! If I had an extended cab I would have snagged it months ago. After I bought it the other day, I figured I should do some research before trying to sell it... and have found very little. Any thoughts on where it came from or what it fits?

I have too many projects as it is, I just found a couple retractable underhood lights, and a Saginaw power steering pump/bracket. Plus I still have to install all my new tie rod ends and ball joints that came in a few weeks ago.

That would be a lot of work for an old timey digital clock and a light.
I ran across something online that stated Landmark was a product of National Coach Corporation and that Landmark was a lower end conversion company. Primarily vans but some trucks and vans with truck beds added.
The source states that they were defunct by the early 1990's.
Interesting that the easily available info on that company is so limited.
