6.0 problems

I am having trouble getting the 6.0 to run right after I had to replace the turbo. I replaced it with a new garrett (stock). While I had it off I replaced the pipes and the irp and icp. The new irp and icp had to be replaced, they did not perform. The next set let the truck run but still not right after a lot of work I have again decided the problem is in the sensors.
This will be the third time I have replaced them.

Does anyone know where I can buy good parts that work? I replaced the pigtails on both of them.

The truck will start and run but will not perform right. It will take off but when I try to pick up speed it will flutter and if I push it wide open and the the turbo kicks in it does real good but getting it up to the fast speed and then when I try to level off it starts fluttering again and slow to pick up speed and it flutters until the speed levels off.

Have you checked if there are any bad injector(s) - if they misfire you will get a DTC code.

Try using Ford parts from a dealer. What are you using to read trouble codes or sensor outputs?

have an AE and there are no codes just rough running.
If I unplug the icp it runs better, but I also think the ipr is not right the AE shows proper pressure while at idle and higher rpm's.

Why did you replace the turbo?
What is the ICP and Ipr readings?
FICM voltage?

The turbo started blowing smoke out the side and wasn't worth rebuilding.
According to the AE the ficm and the icp and ipr are all at the right readings.
