F600 & F700 Napco Vin decode help needed

I purchased these trucks a few years back and would appreciate any help decoding the Vins and the axle type on one of them.
1st is the F600, it's a complete truck that I use moving stuff around the yard. I was told it was a Napco but not positive.
Vin F66EVP00434
2nd truck is a F700, its missing engine and trans. The axle appears to be a GM 2.5 ton but I have never seen one with square tubing and air brake. I don't have a title for it and was thinking about putting one of my old Chevy Viking grain truck cabs on the frame but also thought some people might think I'm nuts for mixing Chevy and Ford parts. I dont even know if parts are available for this stuff but want to be sure atleast what Im looking for.

The F600 has factory installed 4WD (F66 = F600 4WD). The F700 is a NAPCO conversion because FoMoCo did not offer an F700 with factory 4WD

I'll decode the two Warranty Plates later today.

I'm not sure if it was gas or diesel because I bought it with no engine so not sure what it came with orginally. I did type the Vin incorrectly tho, It's F70EU836403. I posted a picture of the plate just on case and appreciate the help.

When I first typed my post, your pics weren't there. When the pics were posted, I edited out the 5 and replaced it with E

I also edited out the engine comment.
