Dealer Suggestion - Phoenix Area

Dealer Suggestion - Phoenix Area
Hey everyone,
I've been working to get a "good deal" from some of the Ford dealers in the Phoenix area on a 2019 F250 Platinum and so far every dealer I speak with is only willing to reduce the price by approx 4% - 4.5% off of MSRP. Regardless on whether they have dealer stock or if I do a special order. I see a lot of folks here getting twice that off MSRP, does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks in advance!!

You should consider driving 150 miles north to Flagstaff and Visit Babbitt Ford. Ask for Morrison and tell him Hans sent you. FYI - I am an average Joe who just ordered a 2019 F-350 from them. Morrison was my initial contact, very low-key and enjoyable to deal with. They have a 2019 F-250 Platinum. I know because I test drove it. It’s BLACK - not my color. I got $500 under invoice from his sales manager on the order. Can’t say what they’d do on an on-lot truck, but they have several . They are very good people IMHO. As an additional aside, I decided to change my build 3 days after placing the order and paying a down payment. Chuck, the sales manager, responded quickly on Monday, like yesterday, “I made your changes. The order locks in this Thursday. It’s an Order Code 10”, which from information on this forum indicates “Priority Fast”. I was stoked when he told me all this. Give them a shot.
Are you aware that INVOICE is very close to 6% below MSRP? Also, if you don’t have a PCO, get one. It took me about two weeks, and I’ve never owned a Ford in my life. Go to the thread “PCO - How I Got Mine”.
On another note, Berge Ford in Mesa SUCKS! They almost sold us a 2018 F-250 which had been baking in the Mesa Sun for six months. But they just couldn’t bring themselves to give us the deal that was ON THEIR WEB SITE. They also gave us the HIGHEST price on the F-350 order out of four dealerships. Their internet sales manager told me “They are the #1 Truck Dealer In Arizona.” There are “dealers” in casinos too, and their job is to FLEECE YOU OF AS MUCH OF YOUR MONEY AS POSSIBLE. Deal on.

Costco Auto. I saved over 10k off sticker but was also able to negotiate and get a few extras like spary in bed liner, all-weather mats, wheel locks, front window tint, and to top it off a 36 month of Premium Maintenance Plan. It all added up to 16.5% off. I went through Chapman but there were several little issues. Wasn't happy about that but they did always take care of them and they've got a new GM now
Anyway, the message here is Costco Auto. You should at leastst consider it
I should add I knew exactly what options I wanted. They found it in Showlow and brought it to Chapman at no fee
