As my van is down for head replacement, and with the entire top end now removed I confirmed the "doughnut sleeve" gasket where the molded inlet hose mounts on the throttle body is TOAST..... fractured and torn. I'd really like to replace.

Per the TASCA parts schematics, this guy has no separate FORD part#; it appears to be part of the 4.0L Aero only inlet hose (also NLA, no surprise).

Anyone find a crossover sleeve from another breed? I'm betting this is a common part to all vehicles using that size TB.

You can try looking in your local scrapyard for other similar vehicles such as Explorers and Rangers.

 

For sure..... that diameter TB, should use a similar rubber sleeve-seal. The variable will be the OD of the inlet molded hose.

 

if you can't find one, I have a used but good spare for sale. confirm the outside diameter of the intake manifold, or the outside diameter of the tube. This part is just not available any more. An injustice to Ford owners.
