Our wet stuff is supposed to be here tomorrow. And it's NOT supposed to be white. Might even make 60 today.

Well, at least you'll all be together. Ran all weekend to basketball games for my daughter. We're having 2 thanksgivings. One at my brother-in-laws on Thursday, then one for us and the kids on Friday.

Speaking of Thanksgiving, I put a 21lb turkey in a brine of apple juice, ice, and a lot of spices last night. It will remain there until tomorrow morning when I fire up my smoker. I'll also be smoking a ham to go along with it.

Morning Luke and everyone. I don't do any smoking, however my daughter Tracy does some. I'm one of those people that would be happy with a pot of mac and cheese for thanksgiving dinner.
