Fuse 103 (ABS) Keeps blowing

The wifes 03 Navigator popped off the top coolant hose a while back. Since then, the ABS, Brake and Control Trac light on the dash have come on. Fuse 103 keeps blowing. Im assuming something shorted out when the hose blew, could it be a bad ABS pump?

Did coolant seep inside and short it out? Any ideas??

Wondering if you ever figured this out?

01 f250 7.3 pcm keeps blowing

I have a 01 f250 super duty with 7.3 and I keep blowing the pcm last time I sent it in they said that it was probably due to a tuner but I don't have one on it any there are no chips installed . They said it blew the micro processor on the pcm and they fixed it and sent it back to me. When I put it in it started up and ran but then I changed the transmission filter in it and added new fluid and was shifting the shifter to drive for 3 min and then reverse for three min at a time to make sure the new fluid circulated after doing this for a few min it blew the pcm again and yes I know it's the pcm because the fuses are still fine and the obd says that it wont connect again. My question is why does it keep blowing the pcm and not the fuse. Please help it's got me stumped
