1993 F250 7.5L Running Rough sometimes

Hi folks, I've got a weird one. I have a 460 that till recently ran like a clock. But lately the beast has had some issues. It'll start and idle but then it will flick on the check engine light and run really rough beltch blue smoke and even stall. Then light goes out and it runs fine again. Nothing seems to trigger it can be driving or sitting idling. I ran the Ecc jumper wire and got a 311 code for right bank thermactor air system inoperative also got a 632 trans control switch circuit did not change states during KOER. What i have done so far, Plugs, cap, rotor, air filter MAP sensor on firewall. Also just in the last day or 2 it has refused to start. The weird thing is that usually the fuel pump cycles for about 2 seconds, when it won't start the fuel pump stays on constantly. I'm at a loss any ideas out there? I was thinking fuel pressure regulator but thought I'd get a code. The engine was replaced by my local garage with a ford factory long block because they stripped a block stud doing the head gaskets. Engine only has 40k miles on it. but all other components are older.

This sounds like a failing PCM. Fuel pump staying on is a tell-tale symptom.

Pull it and have a look at the board inside.
