Dvd not working.

I have an 06 f350 and put in a dvd player. Didn't have the mounting bracket so it sat In the hole in the dash. Attached the harness and just taped it. No problems. Got the bracket to I soldered the harness and isntalled it. No power. The 2 fuses that say radio are fine I think 11 and 32. Fuse on the dvd player is fine. Re did connections for ground and the yellow 12v reads 12v. The 12v battery is good. The red reads nothing on the voltmeter and I can't figure out why I don't have power. Is there another fuse or another wore I'm not seeing?

Well, I just saw this but I won't go **** myself. If you have power to all fuses then you need to remember that the power needs a return to ground. Ground the radio to a good ground point under the dash. It sounds like your ground wire is not spliced correctly.
