I agree 100% and strongly believe in K.I.S (S) depending on if you are talking to someone or yourself. Other folks get **** when you use the 2nd S(tupid) on them. Where I get irrated is based on your experience the solution is X they never try it and keep asking for help. I have even ask someone else to look at something, line something up start a bolt cause whatever it was does not like me. I think my tractor is jealous of the sawmill it has not meet.
The only time I got **** about people asking my opinion was in the AF as a flightline supervisor on tire inspections. If someone was doing a tire inspection if a tire needed to be changed, I could give them the answer without ever see the tire. The tech manual was very specific on what was good and what required a change so if the could not read then they did a tire change. Sometimes I had to certify the aircraft back to flight status part of that was an inprogress inspection on certain steps. I was very clear for them to stop and call me, when they did not and called me to sign off the completed job. It was no problem once you pull the tire back off to the point I need to inspect it.

I thoughtI was going to have to drop mine for the split. Luckly it was just a few bolts on the tie arms. If I ever have to do a clutch then the loader has to come off they use the bellhousing for support

Putting the arms on is not that bad. The bottom pins sit in a saddle and you just lineup and install the upper pins. The hard lines on the arms are already installed so the hardest part is running the rubber lines from the right side arm to the hydraulic manifold. That's not that bad either now that I know how it runs and mounts. I can already tell a difference in gas savings by not having to drive so far. The guy that works on mowers and is going to work at the Rome store also works on 4wheelers. I am going to get him to fix the Kawasaki 750 for me after Christmas. I changed my linkedin profile to show my new job. It will show all my connections my new title and both my old bosses at Yancey are on there.
Downtown has a big to do for trick or treat so we decided to take little man out for his first time!!

Little man was all dressed up and ready to go trick or treating and then he got sick, all over himself and the car. My wife was heartbroken.
I am still loving the job. The service manager in Cartersville is very impressed with my work and wished I had applied for a tech job with him.
