It's going Steve. Had to order 2 new tires for the truck yesterday. Managed to pick up a screw in a tire that cant be fixed. Figured might as well replace the drivers side tire as well on the rear and I will swap that onto a spare rim. Also ordered a new fridge the other day. How are you doing?

 

Had to do a few extra things for the store manager last night.. Doing one of them one of those steel grates we use for table tops dropped on my big toe.. now I have a sore and black toe causing me to limp a bit..

 

That sucks Steve. I know how you feel. I have mashed a toe or two like that.

 

That it does.. we are supposed to get our first 63 tree in this evening.. at least I have help this evening..

 

Thats good Steve. I guess I will be seeing the tree stands popping up here in the next week or two. Guess I wil have to dig a few decorations out from the shed soon. if anything I will at least get my Charlie Brown tree out after thanksgiving.

 

Those are neat. We were selling those at one time..

 

Yeah. I like it. Idont have to do much to decorate and I can put it on my entertainment center in my living room. Wont be too much going under it anyway. A few things for my nephew and that is about it.

 

I guess i need to put up a tree this year again.. I have a couple fake ones that will work fine..

It's been decades since we put up a tree, decorating is becoming a thing of the past too...

 

We haven't put up a tree in 20 years. Just the wife and I.

 

Last time we put one up was about 24 years ago because we were looking after a friends little girl, just me and the wife here too and don't see a reason for a tree, don't exchange gifts either..

 

We live remote and no one comes here (sounds bad but it isn't) we go to family more centrally located and bigger house.
