I would love to own a Centurion, all the ones I have seen were built using a F250 or F350 chassis.
Your best bet would probably be to find a F250 crew cab in your area (if it has steps even better) and look/measure to see how the position of the back doors line up between the two models. If they're the same or within a few inches the F250 ones should work.
