You might benefit from enerburn or the better diesel fuel additive. I'm experimenting with it right now as I also idle a lot mixed with low speed driving on my ranch. It's a 20 mile trip to town at 65 mph though. My current regen interval is about 300 miles. I'm trying to see if I can extend it by using the better diesel stuff.
