When I was in school they told me a ton was 2000 lbs, so your dry weight is now a whopping 22,000 lbs?! I think that you are mixing up some numbers or those darned nuns lied to me back then.
How about having another look at the fiver's data sticker and posting up the actual numbers shown there along with the trailer model and year, no mass manufactured fifth wheel RVs weigh that much. I would expect something more like 11,000 lbs dry.

No way, no how. How did this thing go from 18,000 lbs to 11 tons. Methinks thou art a troll. Either way you have no business towing it.

I've had a California commercial A since I was 18 (now 54) so I've never done the research, but I'm often asked and have to admit that I don't know.
15,000 trailer gvwr. My 5er is 10,500 dry therefore I had to get the restriction 41 for my class C. It is also referred to as a non-commercial class A by some. If I recall there's a chart on page 3 or 4 that states a class C is good to 15,000 lbs. However on page 12 there's a paragraph that states if the 5er is between 10,001 and 15,000 then the restriction 41 is needed. You'd think they would put that info all on the same page so that you didn't have to search for it. I had to show it to the lady at the DMV. She was clueless. Took her supervisor and a computer to verify. Bet if your involved in an accident the Chp will know it.

The best quality COSTS a lot, why blow more than a house on a luxury fifth wheel to pull it with a 30 year old turd? Dude is a troll until he posts pics of the trailer and the truck. And when it's a beater F-250 we can all tell him he'll nuke his bearings and maybe taco the fame with a 20% pin weight on a 24,000# trailer.

Dude is a troll

Don't be harsh - his words reflect what many new owners think (that every super duty truck is a capable beast).
Without knowing specifics we can't be sure; maybe he has an f600 (gas?).

OK C.B., its your turn - post some pics so we can better judge its capabilities.

I put my truck & trailer on our weighbridge everytime I set out on a trip, usually around 19500lbs, with full tank of fuel, full freshwater & food and drink for the first week. Truck is 2000 F350 7.3 dually, trailer is 2012 Primetime Crusader 325 RES. That's 500 lbs under GCWR, I wouldn't even contemplate an 11ton trailer with a super duty, that needs a serious tow rig
