Jumping speedo, hard shifts from N-R-D?

1995 f150 two door long box with inline six and 4x4 auto trans
speedo dances around plus minus 10-20 km once over roughly 40km/hr
Hard shifts pretty bad from park to reverse and reverse to drive along with a delay in shifting .. it waits then shifts hard enough to rattle the transfer case..It drives down the road fine it has one harder shift from 2-3 sometimes but it's minor and can still easily go 120km/hr and do highway trips ,2-3 shift is not the real concern it's the hard shift from park to reverse and drive .. .. I have changed
VSS...TPS.. full trans flush and filter change ... Rear diff fluid changed ...
I tried unplugging abs module and it did nothing ... No codes on dash or lights and nothing on the code reader when scanned.
At a loss .... Thinking of changing the gage cluster next ? And changing the fuses and re-checking all the wires from the VSS to the cluster and dash.
oh and over drive won't work
Any ideas ?
Thanks
