My 2014 F150 3.5 ecoboost is currently having one and possibly both turbos replaced under warranty at 73,000 km. Under moderate and hard acceleration I have been hearing a whooshing sound from the driver side of the engine. The dealer may find the BOV ruptured as well but do not know that yet. My question is what do I need to do from an operating perspective to increase turbo longevity. What operating mode will ensure the turbos go through a full stroke cycle on the linkage so that seizure is reduced in future. This truck has been flawless up to now and I want to keep it running that way. All comments are appreciated.
