Kits for cummins 4bt in 2004 to 08 f150?

Anyone come across a kit containing everything you need to swap a cummins 4bt engine into one of these trucks?

my lease is up on my 2015 ecoboost f150 and just looking around theres a few really nice trucks 04 to 08 with blown engines in the 1000 to 2000$ price range.

if I could find a kit with everything I need I'd buy it and do the swap but so far I can only find kits for older trucks, and I dont wanna go that way just because I cant find any for cheap that are in good condition.

Also this won't be a race machine or anything, just a daily driver. I dont plan on adding much power or anything fancy just getting a decent daily driver on the road relatively quick which is why I'm looking for a kit with everything as opposed to piecing stuff together and fabricating stuff.
I have a fair amount of experience with wiring and mechanics but I havent muddled much with newer f150s.
years ago I was going to swap a dt360 into a 2008 f250 but had to bail on that cause divorce lol.

hopefully i can pull this off and avoid buying or leasing something brand new, or buying a truck with a pile of miles on it already

mosts economical would be a 2004-2008 with a 5.4 V8 ...... motor problem would be the cam/ chains/ phasers ...... just buy a new motor with UPGRADES and stick that in ...... same motor, 5.4

I have been looking at that option also. Just figured if theres a 4bt kit and it's going to cost a little more it might be worth the trouble and expense.

There is no kit for any cummins swap that is complete. To do a 4BT swap in a F150 would be around 7k easily. I have spent 8k doing my 6BT swap and the money goes quick.

yes... and you have to know what you are going to use for a transmission... older transmissions / housings bolt up better, that's why the older trucks are used ... are you going to retain the 4 x 4... ETC...

I was hoping I could find a kit where I could use the factory transmission with a better torque converter.

but, I emailed a slough of places and nothing exists for this. Too bad because it seems like theres a lot of these trucks around with dead motors but I guess either the demand isnt there or theres just too many hurdles, or both.

A 4bt stock would be a slug in that truck. You said you won’t be adding adding power to it, the stock 4bt is 105 hp and 275ish torque. They won’t rev high unless you change governor springs and even then you better gear the truck 3:1 or so or have big tires to have decent highway speeds.
