wondering if these #'s show bad icp?

truck runs and drives, has 188k on it. this is a motorcraft icp. Torquepro shows ipr at 7.7 to 8.1% at idle. Usually it should be about 14 i thought. hpop shows 523 to 592 . feels kinda sluggish. have a SES. Only real code i have is a 1316. I know its injectors, havent buzz tested it yet . Has new valve cover gaskets and IPR pigtail. any thought on the numbers bieng this low? thinking the OEM ICP needs replaced. Thankx, ROnjon

If you ICP is 'bad' (I think) unplug it and see if your truck runs better... if it does (is it leaking oil at the connection?) then replace it.
