Hi guys, I'm new here and posted a similar thread in the super duty section, if that's not allowed I'll delete one (I just found this slide in forum).

Has anybody installed a 2nd backup camera to use when your hauling a camper? My truck came with a tailgate camera that points directly down when in use.

Ideally I would like to mount an aftermarket camera under the bumper using an OEM harness that I can swap out with the tailgate camera whenever I'm camping, but I cannot for the life of me find a part # for a second camera wiring harness. I would also love to hear how others have dealt with this.

I bought one from Camera Source for the back of my Lance Camper. It uses a Ford Camera, making it a complete Plug & Play kit for my 17' Platinum.

Ford makes an auxiliary camera that plugs into your harness. It needs to have the right options though. The ultimate trailer tow package I think it is needs to be in your included options. It should be on your window sticker. I bought one but haven't put it on my camper yet. I think it was about 350 bucks.
