Failed actuator rod?

Failed actuator rod?
Need some help turned key nothing no power feels sloppy. No power at all. Is there a way to start the truck somehow? Thinking it's the actuator rod.

Got it going pretty easy popped the 2 piece cover off on the column and pushed the rod forward to start phillips head and vise grips only needed No longer stranded

Another option is to turn the key to run, then jump the 2 big posts on your starter solenoid mounted on the inner fender well.
