1989 F250 Horn Relay- Does anyone know where it is located?
Hello ,
I have a 1989 F250 4x4 with the 6Cyl 300CU. I have purchased a replacement Horn Relay unit from the dealership. The parts person was going to print off the location of the unit as we could not find it. He was not able to locate it on his computer either.
Between myself and some friends we have spent the last few weeks trying to locate this unit on the truck. We have found the ECC and the fuel pump relays. We scoured the firewall as well as under the dash with no success.
Does anyone know where this unit is located? Could you assist please.
Thanks
Logan

The info I have says its screwed on the outboard mounting screw of the speed control amplifier & only has a horn relay if the vehicle is equipted with cruise control . The speed control amplifier is located to the left of the steering column under the instrument panel .
