Dash and running lights out after a clearance light blew

I have a 2001 f250 and over the weekend I noticed a few of my clearance lights had come loose from the sockets so I plugged them back in but when I put the last one in, it made a spark and instantly all of my running lights including the dash and clearance lights went out. All other lights work fine and it has a new headlight switch. I've checked all the fuses and I cant seem to find a broke or burnt wire anywhere. I'm not sure where to look next. Ive even cleaned up ground wires and replaced bulbs

All of those lights are on the same circuit.

Check to see if fuse F8 under the hood is passing power. It's the ONLY fuse that will take out that circuit alone. Use your meter or test lamp if the fuse does not show visually that it's blown, so you can see if power is going through it.
