Anyone swap out the muffler on a Banks Powerpack system for the V10?

I have had the Banks Powerpack system on my 05 Excursion V10 for about a year and a half now and it works and sounds nice. I was, wondering if anyone else who had this system has replaced the Banks muffler with a different muffler or straight pipe and if it made any difference in sound or performance? I should add that I have a Volant CAI and SCT X4 tuner.

I have the Banks Monster cat-back exhaust on my 3V, the muffler itself didn't last. I ended up blowing out the baffling and busting all the welds on it. A replacement Banks muffler was too expensive for something I knew would fail again in the future so I swapped it out with a Jones 3535XL muffler. It sounds much better than the Banks IMO and a much better value, it increased throttle response but in my case the loose parts inside were restricting airflow. The Powerpack system looks to have 3" piping so it wouldn't be the same part number as I used, but it is a pretty straight forward process once you get the measurement of your current muffler.

Thanks 2,4. My Banks muffler has 3.5" inlet and outlet. Was the Jones 3535XL the same length as your Banks muffler so it was just a direct swap? I'm primarily looking for a little better sound over the Banks.

If you search WE3Zs I believe he has a video of a Aeroturbine 3030xl with Banks headers on his 05 Excursion.

Last year I swapped a Jones 4040xl replacing my MBRP that blew out because of lack of hangars. Sounds awesome though.
