Got a call already from the ps box guy, he located me a outer box that my cracked ps box guts will work in and I got it for a heck of a deal. Should get it mon or tue. Alan I will get you your box back when I come to pick up my other one. Hopefully we can have some Ford truck time and hang out a bit.

If it was S&S, they didn't have much the last time I was there. If it wasn't, let me know where it is. I'm just a hop skip and a jump from there.

Morning all. Time to visit the vampire at the Dr. office...

She got it the first try!

Making progress on Nikki's exhaust. Some of the highlights of my day were dropping the muffler on my ring finger, discovering the OE style lead pipe I bought was no where close to OE, emergency trip to parts yard to find a better pipe, didn't have the right length socket to get it off, bought one because it was cheaper/quicker than going home, got replacement pipe off and cleaned up ready to install in the morning.

On the up side, the noise I thought was a bad lifter might actually be an exhaust leak at the manifold. I'll know tomorrow when I get it back together.

Evening Everyone!

I paid the truck off today, so it's officially mine. I have to drive to OKC to pick it up. Hey RC, wanna road trip? I think you owe me a road trip anyway, don't ya'? I was gonna sneak down there today, but the bank held me up. I tried to put it on my card and of course it was over the max daily limit, so it took over two hours for me to get them to release the payment. By that time, I didn't have enough time to make it out there before they closed.....so Monday it is.

More good news. I sold the camper and the lady was supposed to pick it up today, but the moron shop she took her truck to to put the trailer brake controller in, said it would be the end of next week before they could get it done. Now, I've put plenty of controllers in and never has it taken me more than two hours to install one, but this idiot can't make it happen in two weeks! ....so I get to deliver the trailer to her tomorrow down in Arkansas so I can get the rest of money.

I also started to put the truck back together. I couldn't save the u-bolts, so I need to have new ones made. ...but it looks like I can save the springs, so that's good. Believe it or not, the u-bolts cost about as much as the spring packs.

Heading back to the bone yard. Found a large crack in Nikki's exhaust manifold...

Back from the boneyard. The only one I found not cracked along the top was cracked underneath. E-Bay to the rescue for a new one. It only has to last long enough to get the kid through school and into her first job...
