Higher trim level F750?

Higher trim level F750?
Just a thought here.. I am looking at things in the future and am thinking about working in to a class 7 truck. It does not look like, from Ford's site, that they have any higher trim level offerings once you get in to the chassis/cab trucks up through their F750's. Does anyone know if this could be special ordered? I am familiar with upfitters and shipping through them for custom builds. I am not sure what I am after constitutes a "custom build"?
What I would want to do is get a bare F750 crew cab 4x4 with bucket seats front/back with the king ranch package. Then I could build it from there.
I am familiar with F650 super trucks. They have a hauler version that they produce. I don't think that is the way I want to go. I don't need anything but bare frame rails in the back and wheel wells.
What I have found is that most medium duty trucks are not built for over-the-road driving, they are vocational "work trucks". I guess what I am after is an F750 that will be nice to cruise the country in as opposed to regional work.
I am familiar with single'ing a class 8 to get a class 7. I am not sure I want to go that route, but the prices on used class 8's can be enticing and they would be almost set up aside from the hitches for my purposes and some modifications inside from the get-go.
