15mm X 16mm Box Wrench?
I was talking to someone about Oil Changes on Ford Vehicles and I brought up the two oil plugs sizes, he said he had a 15mm X 16mm Box Wrench, but didn't know the brand. Does anyone know who makes this wrench?

Flat rate/piece work sucks.
When I worked at U-Haul as a mobile mechanic I had to do work orders that listed all the procedures we did and the time allotted. We were always rated by our productivity percentages and got nothing for travel even for a hot line. Anything less than 80% and the boss was on you.
That’s still part of the issues with dealerships today. They want the mechanic’s efficiency at 90% or more. Troubleshooting is only like 0.1 hour or 6 minutes no matter what. So if you have to spend 2 hours that’s only 0.3% productivity. That’s part of the issue now days and why they throw parts at vehicles like they do. When you run the scan tool it gives you what the symptoms are which gives you may be the issue or where to start looking. Now what the mechanic does is start with the simplest thing to replace and goes from there. He’s not allowed to do the in depth troubleshooting he needs to be doing. He doesn’t get paid for it. That’s part of the reason why the cost of repairs have gone up so high.
Guys will do anything to save time and not just because they’re lazy but they have to or they are out of work. If a tool like that wrench saves him 5 minutes it adds up in a day. He can add almost another hour if all he’s doing is oil changes which is one more truck.
