I do not know what you are asking. Are you talking about the power wire from the fuse?

Then you really need to learn how to read a wiring diagram

Orange/black......... is illumination(you know for lights)
Light Green/ Pink.......... Is hot at all times also know as "memory"
Violet/Black........ is keyed power (to actually turn the radio on)

I know how to read a wiring diagram but the first one supplied didn’t show what wires for the speakers were +\-. But thanks for your useless comment anyway.

Crutchfield notes that some Fords speakers are not always wired consistently.

They recommend taking a 9vlt battery with pigtail & at the harness check the polarity by brushing the + & - leads at the plug.

If you get static if + to + is correct, nothing if it is reversed.

Easy to test.

Thanks for the help. I got it all wited up last night. In case anyone was wondering I’m running a JVC kd x350bts media reciever and infinity reference components. Sound good needs more bass, I think baffles and sound deadener would help but I can turn it up loud enough without distortion that it hurts my ears. Having Bluetooth in a truck this old is really nice. I also removed the gauge cluster bezel and mounted the mic in the top right corner of bezel.
