What shocks to get? Help please

Ok guys I have a 99 ford F150 2WD Im getting a 3in lift kit 3 in front and 3 in rear its just blocks in back and coil spacers in the front. So do I need longer shocks or will stock length shocks work. I'm getting new shocks regardless. Also what brand/ type would u recommend? I don't tow a lot I do like to do some offloading nothing crazy but have some fun. Thanks any help would be great

The parts manager at the dealership where I work suggested Rancho's for my truck. I will do them and install rear air bags.

If... your seriously considering RanchO's…..study them carefully. NOTE the Diameter of the shock
I did put new ones on about 4yrs ago, to replace the factory ones on my FX4 f150. The new ones were significantly smaller diameter ( all 4), and did not have the load compacity of the old ones.
Now a few years later the ride is getting harsh and cornering is getting boat like again. If I had to do it all over again , (probably will), I'd go with Bilstein's

BC it was my grandpa's truck and he always wanted to do it. It was given to me and I like the way they look lifted. Plus don't have the money to go buy a 4x4. It's just so I can put a little bigger tire on and have some fun with it
