51 F 1 Pittman Arm
I am finally getting around to greasing my chassis in preparation for a "frame" ride. We are not too far from firing this truck up after at least 29 years. I replaced the pittman arm and drag link and put new boots on both ends of the drag link. The steering arm end has a grease fitting, but the other end, at the pittman arm does not. Is there supposed to be grease fittings at both ends? Only seems logical that there would be, but it is not drilled or tapped for a fitting. Here's hoping that I don't have to take it all apart again..

I found it! I will post my stupidity here so that all may see and somebody may profit from my goof.
The dust boots that cover both ends of the drag link have a correct (and MY way) of installation. The hole is actually off center so that it has a long end and a short end. I had mine installed backwards and once I pivoted it 180 degrees the tap hole for the zerk fitting was obvious. Problem solved. Thanks guys for your thoughts and input.
