Fuel Tank Sensor

Hello All!

I apologize if this issue has been discussed before, but after sifting through a couple pages of posts after searching, I came away empty.

I have a '93 F-150 4x4 with dual fuel tanks. When I have the switch set to the rear tank, the fuel gauge shows an accurate measurement. However, when I switch to the front tank, the fuel gauge shows empty, regardless of the actual fuel level. The truck still gets fuel just fine from the tank, but it would be nice to have an idea of how much fuel is really there rather than a rough estimate. Any ideas and input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The fuel level sender in your front tank is dead, the tank will need to be dropped to change it.
