BEATING A DEAD HORSE!!!!!
Ok, here we go again with a crank/ no start issue.
Driving my truck and it dies like I turned the key off.
2002 F-250 Superduty 7.3.
Here's what I have done so far..... checked all wiring for chaffing and broken coatings (no chaffing or bare wires). Checked IPC for oil (its good). Unplugged IPC (didn't help). Replaced IPR (didn't help). Replaced Hpop yesterday (didn't help yet, I may not have cranked on it long enough). Replaced CPS(didn't help). Removed fuel bowl cap and its getting plenty of fuel. Removed 6 position chip in case it went corrupt (didn't help). Ran air pressure in the oil rails to here for blown injector o-rings (didn't here anything).
Let me know if there is anything else I should try. Truck cranks but there is no smoke coming out the tail pipe which to me means its still an oil issue.

Oil pressure on dash rises as it should after a couple seconds of cranking. Oil in pan is good. Oil reservoir was good after i primed it. I'll check it again in a few minutes. When I first scanned it, it only showed 237 pounds at the IPR pressure. I know it takes around 500 to pop.

Pull the valve covers and have someone crank the motor while you watch the injectors. Odds are one of them is stuck open on the oil side allowing hpo to bleed past when cranking. It will show as a slow dribble out of the oil discharge on the injector. It only takes one injector bleeding to create the scenario you are dealing with. Additionally, if you disconnect the glow plug system and hit it with some starting fluid, that will usually spin the motor over fast enough that the hpop can overcome the leak and build enough pressure to run.

It also takes a much longer crank to get it to keep raising up to the cap than it does on the 6.0L.

Thanks Curtis, Learned something today I was pretty sure it was a lower percentage but couldn't recall exactly what it was.

0 ICP while cranking means your low on oil, broken pick up tube ( if you lift your truck high enough from the rear you can test this theory) also as others members mentioned you have a big HPO leak. You might also try filling the HPOP resevoir and see if you get any ICP reading.
Check MAXI fuse #30 this is the fuel bowl heater which also powers the PCM, worth a shot.
