Planning out a 04 ish f150 inspired interior on a b2 im about to pick up, and one of the biggest hurdles I'm running into is the blend door. It's a manual arm with a cable on the 87 and I can't find any pictures of the pin that controls it.I've had 2 ideas so far, while digging i found a newer actuator ( 604-935 ), with an arm similar looking to the b2, i could possibly rig that to work, but i would be worried about under and over turning of the actuator because of the different years. Idea number 2 is switching out the heater box and parts from a 93 -95 ranger if the parts are compatible, but I'm unable to find that information. Any help is much appreciated .
