That sucks Glenn, but I too had a problem with an injector that Jimm rebuilt, he said it was good but when installed on the truck there was a miss on low RPM, Jimm explain something internally worn that wont show in a flow bench or something like that maybe he can shime in annd explain.

Awww, let me think Eric............NO, lol. That's really good boost with a bad hole etc. Are you sure you didn't Y that boost gauge line and blew into it to help the numbers

Adam, I hear what your saying and anything is possible. I'll pretend I'm in Vegas and I'm going to bet the odds that it was a good injector. Jim is a out standing guy and I trust what he says and does. Well, we are all human and anything is possible though.

It's more likely the mechanic messesed up when installing the pushrods.

LOL no no. I did about 17psi on the stock tune, saw 1psi by ~1200rpm (fourth gear pulls). Not bad I think, I really like this 1.0 turbine housing and no uppipe leaks! Truck acted a bit odd at that much boost on tow tune, I may get one of those bleed off things and see if numbers improve and/or power.

Trying the 'street' tune is pointless with my clapped out HPOP. Just belched black smoke. I think I would still rather retint it and install sound deading on the floor before messing with a fresh HPOP.

I'd wait until the warranty is up on that engine. Just in case you need them again.

I bet the difference with that alone would be day and night. Doors will be done when I reinstall tow mirrors.

I'll be back and forth from Michigan to Arizona with a limited time in his area. That's why if I say anything I want to walk on egg shells, lol.

I did top, bottom, back, inside the doors and pulled the dash to do behind it. I expected more then I received. Its hard to keep a 7.3 quiet!!
