Sorry I've been away but life surfaced

Hey all sorry I've been away, but life surfaces and no maybe I can get back to work on the truck. My oldest son went into Air Force 2nd Lieutenant and youngest needed motor in mustang and now he's talking about moving out in a month. I so have been itchin' to work on the old truck so maybe I can finally get it done. I did get new rims, chrome smoothies for right now but need to get it project polling so to speak. Pictures to follow. Hope I'm still welcome. Happy 4ht all.

No worries man, sometimes life just happens. One of the best things about these old trucks is that they are patient, they will sit there and wait until you have time to show them some attention again.

I finally got all of my kids out of the house about 9 months ago. Life is great!!

Life does have a way of pulling you different directions. Welcome back. I have just returned from a life hiatus as well.

Life is what happens while we are busy making plans...taking care of "fatherly" duties comes before truck projects, sounds like you have your priorities straight. Good luck with the project!

I know the feeling. Life has gotten between me and my truck and other projects for several years now. I feel like I'm driving down a parallel road, and I just wave across the cornfield to the FTE highway while I wait until our roads merge again someday. In the meantime, my efforts are focused on my kids who will leave home before I'm ready.
