I am reinstalling cams/ balance shaft, lash adjusters and rockers on my rebuilt heads. I am needing the torque specs on the cam bearing retainers and cylinder head bolts. PLEASE and THANK YOU.....2000 F250 V10 2v with PI heads
I want to thank everyone for their help. Its greatly appreciated.
Your sarcasm amuses me! Pretty sure you are able to look the torques up like I would have had to in order to answer your call for help. If not...maybe you could have stated that you were unable to find the torques, for whatever reason.
Mostly I didn't feel like getting my *** out of the chair, going to the book shelf, taking the book (old fashioned thing with words printed on pages of paper), find the correct page. In the mean time, I probably forgot where I put my bifocals, so I have to go find them, get back to my chair, notice the dogs haven't been fed, get up and feed them, then walk all the way back to my EZ chair, type out the specs, get back up from my chair, walk to the book shelf and put the book back. See, wasn't that easy.
LMAO, isnt this forum about helping others? I posted this on JULY 1 and the response I get is 11 days later!? I read conflicting specs, so I figured I would ask HERE....so much for that. I ended up asking a friend that works for FORD. Its been done for about a week now. But Thank You for the consideration and not getting your *** out of your chair to help someone.

Perhaps if you had stated this in your original post you would have received an answer. Like most forums, people ask for things without providing any type of explanation why and it comes across that they are too lazy to search or look things up themselves.
