Well hopefully the drugs took care of the problem.

The only way that you are going to get better at making the cake look like Old Ironside is to practice, practice, practice. That just means more to eat when you screw up

 

Yeah I know... I have eaten quite a bit this the last few months... LOL

 

Well that is not good. Like I should be talking, I have put more than enough back on over the winter months. I need it to cool off some or at least get into some decent temperatures where you do not feel like you are going to spontaneously burst into flames so I can get out and at least do some walking.

 

Yeah I know how that is.. LOL

I did lose 10 lbs last week not eating, but it has already started going back up...

 

But that is not how you really want to loose it.

 

Yeah that's for sure.. I am just glad I didn't end up following Ken's diet spending a few months in the horsepital... LOL

 

Or mine as far as that goes, but I believe that Ken's was worst time wise than mine

 

Well Don, it has been a long day and I believe that Sandy is lurking in the shadows. I am going to call it a night,, have a good 4th and I hope that the cake comes out good.
