Has anyone purchased a factory ordered 2018 Expedition recently? How long did it take for delivery? What kind of dealership discount did y’all get?
Yes, We just picked ours up 3 weeks ago. we ordered in April and it arrived in June 8th. I think it was 6 weeks total? My Wife LOVES it. best vehicle she's ever owned. and she's had several Expeditions already. It was Expedition Max XLT with 202A package and Navigation. Honestly all we needed.
As far as discount. Ive bought numerous vehicles from my salesman over 20 years, and several from the new dealership he's at in the last 2 years. I walked in, went to my salesman and the sales manager I work with and said I'm buying this at $500 below invoice. (plus an agreed tradein value) he said deal. Shook my hand and we ordered it right then. I'm sure if I had not bought 4 vehicles in 3 years there, he may not have said yes so quick. you can still get deals on ordered though.
FYI: if you're paying more than $100 above invoice price. you're paying too much!
