If nobody else chimes in you can buy the bumper and brackets in the reproductions. Dennis Carpenter is just one example.

"Sport" is the idiotic name that LMC calls the contour bumper.

Back before DC found out... ;-D
We pushed the price for a set of these brackets up to around the $400 mark on ebay. I was hitting every junk yard within 200 miles just for those brackets. Folks were fighting over them. I think I still have a couple of sets but after you figure rust, probably some pitting and scaling and the chances they may be slightly bent or the bolts requiring to be cut off, I'd rather just skip the headaches and scrap them. Reproduction is an OEM parts salesman's worst nightmare now days. Before long there will be nothing to gain from parting out these trucks.
EXACT same goes for the bumpers. Who in their right mind would settle for a rusty or even a slightly bent bumper for any kind of price before just getting a brand spanking new one for DC's price? Unless your neighbor has a set. Just the shipping would be at least half the price for new. That leaves scrap price to gain. Even the price to have one re-chromed is even more than a new one.
That said... OP's question is pretty much an invalid question. IMHO
