1956 F-250 single piston wheel cylinder modification to dual piston

Looking for an easy way to do this for the front wheel brakes. There is a thread in the 1961 and later forum, suggesting that stock rear wheel dual cylinders can be installed in the front wheel backing plates by reversing the sides. I understand the single piston design in 56 carried into the 1960s, and wondering if anyone has a recommendation. I am new to this forum and haven't figured out how to search it for a previous answer to this type of question, and apologize if my question is redundant of another discussion.
