This is a photo of a 2006 Ford V10 SOHC 2Valve (I think) Triton engine head with an exposed bolt hole and a rubber gasket with an exposed port. The Intake Manifold covers over part of the port. Based on the oily accumulation around the bolt hole and port, It looks like it was attached at one time, What is this port for and any idea why it is exposed?
