not turning over
my early 2004 f250 6.0 diesel wont turn over after I replaced the ICP sensor did the headlight test they stay bright also checked the starter with the wire on the right side of the engine compartment to the battery it turns over then just nothing with the key the dash light all seem to be working fine when you turn the key on but the radio blanks when the key is turned to start just like when the battery's are low
