Hi I'm new I need help with my 2001 Lincoln Navigator not receiving power to the OBD2 and cigarette lighter fuse. I did change the fuse for it which was fuse 3 under the passenger panel which I did change mine at a slit I was burnt out on a couple ends, and I as well replace that fuse and it still did not work ask there is no power being transported into those two areas cigarette lighter in my OBD2 scan port how would you resolve this because my service engine soon light is on I don't know what the code is.

 

Fix the problem related to fuse F3 and the rest will fall into line.

 

Did you check for 12v power at the fuse itself?

 

I did not. How would you be able to check for power?

 

With a voltmeter.
