2013 E450 RV

Just had our 2013 RV in for service. The RV is well maintained and ket indoors so it's not some "beater"....one of the things that needed replacing was the battery...ok, no problem...but when I picked up the rig and drove it back to the storage facility (about 40 miles away) the air conditioner was no longer blowing cold air (fan was working fine). When I got to the storage yard, I looked under the hood to see if anything looked "out of place" but nothing. I did call the Ford dealer and let me know...but just wondering if anyone thinks that something could have been misplaced while they were dropping in the new battery since it sits right next to the AC lines? Thanks for any help!!!

Could be a few things but nothing in particular is especially suspect.
Is there damage to the Freon charge adapter? Or the electrical connector?
if not then obviously start with the fuses and then you’ll have to take it to a professional
